Both of these commands are based on Ex. 22:20 but the actual vs is found in vs. 21 which talks about idolatry but the actual vs for these Laws is vs. 21 which reads

21 Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

These two Laws need to be changed to match their scripture.
