  1. Shalom!
My family and I keep the Sabbath holy to the best of our abilities. I am the one who cooks so I'm learning on ways to honor the Sabbath without cooking. I'm confused on exactly how to prepare meals for my husband and 4 children while keeping the Sabbath holy. In regards to law #89, of course we go not "kindle fires"but how can I reheat the meals I prepared the day before the Sabbath? I'm not certain if I've been doing this correctly.

  2. I'm creating a plan for my family so that we can honor the holy days. Today we are discussing the day of Atonement. Should we watch your videos or any video or program where we are learning more about the
Most High? This can be a pleasure to us at the same time we are learning more about The Most High.

  3. I lean to Passover more as a meal than an actual day based on Matthew 26:17-30,Luke 22:7-23, Mark 14:12-26. As for the Sabbath Day, I like to walk on the trail at the local park after working in an office and sitting down working on a computer eight hours a day, five days a week. I find this to be “rest” for me for my mind and body.
My response to the above question by Mrs. Ragsdale, is to try to adhere to the commandment as much as possible. I do not consider using a Microwave counts as kindling a fire to warm something up. However, to use it to “cook” something that has not been previously prepared to be edible more than likely would be considered as working. I try to interpret the spirit of the law (intent of the law) behind the written command versus the letter of the law. Then again, you may want to take what I said with a grain of salt. This is coming from someone who rarely cooks.
